Ghana Winter 2026
God bless you in Christ!
I, brother Mark arrived here safely in Ghana.
At that time, we only had one new gifts of the spirit course actually scheduled. The original that we did have scheduled the host had a death in the family also some congregation members, and were not able to host the course
Praise God we have some students for both courses.
God is definitely all knowing and with great foreknowledge!
Our car here had a battery that died and we needed a new battery, which we replaced. After that I said to Pastor Edwin, “We need to check the alternator!” When arriving at the mechanics, who fixed the alternator, I started speaking to another man who’s car was there for work also.
Edwin said we are here for God’s reason! This man, Brother Daniel is a Pastor for an Assemblies of God Christian church.
While we were having a blessed fellowship, another man asked if he can join us? I said sure! This man is Brother and Pastor Musah. He was a formerly, 20 year practising Muslim! Since accepting Christ, he’s expressed the constant prosecution from that religion.
Pastor Musah, will be joining our second Gifts of the Spirit course on The 23rd of this month and will bring others! Left to right, Pastor Daniel, Pastor Musah and Brother Mark.

Thank for you continued prayers for the work of God here in Ghana, especially for Sister Stephanie at Headquarters and Pastor Musah! That’s in Christ, Brother Mark from Christian Training Centre of Texas USA
Praise God for the revival here in Ghana West Africa! The first Sunday I, Brother Mark Machado was here I taught a simple message on faith, and over twenty people (young and old) came and received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, and the gift of tongues! (Sorry the photos did not get all the recipients in one photo).

Wow! With only a few days notice we have 5 solid students in this 2 weeks Gifts of the Spirit training course!

I am traveling daily on the back of a motorcycle to teach in the small village Church on a rough road to and from which is about 20 minutes each way.

God bless you all and thank you for all your help to further the cause of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!
Praise God! All the students moved right in by faith and spoke in tongues and interpreted for the first time ever one by one!

I was asked by the hosting Pastor Solomon in the evening, to teach at a women’s fellowship. I taught a message on, “women keep silence in the churches”. From I Corinthians 14:34-35 which says,

Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
Are not daughters and handmaidens women?
Joel 2:28-29 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
Acts 2:17-18 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God,I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
And what about prophetesses?
Exodus 15:20 And Miriam the prophetess,…
Judges 4:4 And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
2 Chronicles 34:22 And… Huldah the prophetess, …
Nehemiah 6:14 …the prophetess Noadiah,..
Luke 2:36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess,..
So where do they prophesy at the local gas station?
So why does God say the women are to keep silence? And to learn from their husbands at home?
Because during the church services, they were asking questions and interrupting, causing confusion… So if they didn’t get all the message or understand it, then their husbands can teach them at home. Why? Because God does not want confusion and wants all things done decently and In order,
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
1 Corinthians 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order.
So glory to God, for the truth of His Holy Word setting His people free!
Glory to God forever! Today, the students all moved in and exercised the gifts of the spirit. Healing one another and also Brother Isaac and I were also ministered to by them!

Thank you all so very much for your prayers and support in helping this work of God be a great success and a true Holy Ghost Revival! Brother Mark Machado from Christian Training Centre of Texas USA

Truly in Christ,
Brother Mark Machado from Christian Training Centre of Texas USA.
Praise God for the faithful student in the second of the two gifts of the spirit courses here in Ghana, West Africa! This is my first time out of the USA having only one student, but he was well worth doing the course. This is a faithful man of God. Several weeks ago I sent a photo of a man.I met out of an auto repair shop here. He is the man that was in this final course here in Ghana for this missionary trip..

God Bless Pastor Musah. When I prophesied over him on graduation day, he said that the prophecy agreed with the prophecy he received years ago from someone else in another country. Of course its the same. It’s born by the spirit of God! A special thanks to all of you for your prayers and support that helped this missionary trip be a success! In Christ, Brother Mark Machado from Christian Training Centre of Texas.
